  • 5 glasses of water
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • ½ glass of wheat starch
  • 1 glass of water

Preparation

Boil the water with sugar. Whisk the wheat starch in water and add it into boiling syrup stirring. When it gets translucent and tickens pour it into bowls. When cools serve it.
