- ½ kilo of squash
- 1 teaspoonful of salt
- ¼ glass of olive oil
- 2 onions
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 dessert spoonful of red pepper
- ¼ glass of water
Preparation
Score the skin of the squashes, chop, wash and put them into a strainer. Sprinkle some salt and stir. Chop the onions finely and fry them in olive oil. Skin the tomatoes,cut and add them. After mixing all,add the squash and fry them stirring. Pour in the water, put the lid and cook it.
