  • 5 glasses of chicken broth or beef broth
  • 1 glass of flour
  • 1 teaspoonful of salt
  • ½ glass of butter
  • 1 glass of boiled grape juice

Preparation

Mix the flour with two glasses of water. Add the salt in the remaining water, and put it on a fire. When it boils add the water with flour into this water stirring. On light fire make it thicker until the smell of flour goes. Pour onto a tray. Wait till it hardens, then cut the middle circular and take it. Heat the butter and add the boiled grape juice, bring to boil and pour it into the middle, and serve it.
